The Importance Of Memories
Memories are a teacher.
Our memories give us voice and bear witness to history, so that others might learn. So they might celebrate our triumphs and be warned of our failures.” ~ Molinder Suresh
Memories give us an identity.
Memories shape who we are and who we want to be.
We don’t usually get to choose the circumstances in which our memories are made, but often that choice does belong to us. Next week I’m writing about intentional memory making (sign up here to make sure you don’t miss it!).
