My friends, meet what I affectionately call the “What’s in Your Fridge” Quiche!
This is adapted from a South Beach recipe that was once printed on the back of Kraft shredded cheese packages. I kept a few of the basic ingredients, and experimented with the rest. Start here, then adapt the types of cheese and variable ingredients to suit your taste and mood and, most importantly, whatever happens to be in your fridge!
